AI Algorithm Engineer

<p>1. Interface with product teams, design and build AI workflows based on business scenarios to participate in product landing and iteration;</p><p>2. Design and optimize prompts to improve AI's output quality and consistency in different scenarios;</p><p>3. Combine multiple model capabilities (LLM, MLLM, CNN model) into reusable workflow modules;</p><p>4. Participate in the design and construction of cloud intelligent agents (Agents). Deeply integrate business, government, manufacturing and other core business scenarios to achieve automated planning, dynamic decision-making and closed-loop execution of complex tasks;</p><p>5. Participate in the full development process of AI products, support product feature implementation and user demand satisfaction;</p><p>6. Follow up on cutting-edge technologies, combine them with business scenarios to conduct technical pre-research and innovation application exploration. Responsible for writing, organizing and updating technical documentation.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Mathematics, etc., with many years of AI research and development experience, intelligent agent (Agent) development or large model application landing experience is preferred;</p><p>2. Familiar with LLM and multimodal large models, familiar with Python programming language, familiar with PyTorch and other deep learning frameworks, and have good coding conventions and engineering practice abilities;</p><p>3. Familiar with the use and secondary development of Coze, Dify, etc. development platforms, familiar with the Prompt Engineering, FunctionCall tool, and context protocol (MCP) call logic, and have workflow architecture design/cloud intelligent agent construction ability Priority;</p><p></p><p>5. Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly align business requirements and technical implementation; those with shopping mall, government, manufacturing and other industries digital solution development experience are preferred.</p>
