<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for in-store product display and organization, ensuring a clean and orderly sales environment</li></ul><ul><li>Provide professional shopping advice and services to customers, enhance brand image and customer satisfaction</li><li>Aggressively achieve personal sales goals and participate in team achievement</li><li>Learn brand product knowledge, understand the latest fashion trends and promotional activities</li><li>Assist with daily operations, including inventory management, receiving and shipping, and billing processes</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Have at least 2 years of full-time sales experience in the fashion apparel or luxury retail industry</li><li>Passionate about the fashion industry, with a good understanding of trends and luxury brands</li><li>Have good communication skills and service enthusiasm, and be able to adapt to a high-flow retail environment</li><li>Need to cooperate with shift work, with a high sense of responsibility and team spirit</li><li>Have basic computer operating skills, and be able to use the POS system for sales operations is preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Monthly salary $19,000 - $22,500 + generous bonuses</li><li>Enjoy 17 bank holidays per year</li><li>Weekly five-day work schedule</li></ul>
