In-depth understanding of customer business operations and pain points, accurate diagnosis of actual needs, and provision of tailored SaaS software solutions (covering financials, human resources, ERP, CRM, etc. ) , and leading from requirement communication, solution demonstration, price negotiation to contract signing of the whole sales process;
Systematically collect, analyze and feed back market dynamics, competitive information and customer voices, support company strategic decision-making and market positioning adjustment;
Establish and continuously optimize your personal sales funnel, classify and follow up potential customers in stages, focus on high-intention and high-value opportunities, and improve conversion efficiency and closing rate;
Actively expand and maintain local sales networks and industry resources, including channel partners, KOLs, associations and key opinion decision makers, and build a sustainable business growth ecosystem;
Closely cooperate with product, R&D and marketing teams, effectively communicate first-line customer needs and feedback to the product side, participate in product roadmap discussions and functional optimization suggestions, and promote bidirectional matching between products and markets;
Regularly produce sales data analysis reports (including pipeline health, cycle length, conversion rate, customer distribution, etc.), identify bottlenecks and propose process and strategy improvement solutions, and continuously improve overall sales effectiveness.
Work requirements
Have a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, and Business Administration, etc., are especially good;
Having 3 to 5 years of SaaS software sales experience, familiar with financial, HR, ERP, CRM and other enterprise-level application scenarios and value propositions, and with the ability to directly dialogue and close deals with company bosses, C-level or departmental heads;
In Hong Kong, we have mature and immediately usable customer resources, industry connections and cooperation network, which can quickly enter the market and achieve results;
Deeply understand the SaaS subscription business model, good at customer outcome-oriented, clearly interpret product value, ROI and long-term benefits, and have structured questioning, requirement guidance and objection handling skills;
Have quick learning ability and business sensitivity, and be able to flexibly respond to market changes and customer demand evolution;
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for business communication and document writing;
Comply with Hong Kong's legal employment qualifications, including but not limited to: Hong Kong permanent residents, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), outstanding talent entry plan (Outstanding Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/return employment arrangement (IANG), dependent visa or other valid work permit.
