Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on customer requirements. <br>2. Prepare and conduct solution demonstrations tailored to meet the specific needs of customers, showcasing product capabilities effectively. <br>3. Work alongside the Technical Team to implement solutions that fulfill customer expectations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. <br>4. Take responsibility for proof-of-concept projects and demonstrations, ensuring they are executed accurately and align with customer specifications. <br>5. Maintain showroom equipment and ensure all systems are operational for smooth demonstrations and presentations. <br><br>Requirements: <br>1. Possess a solid understanding of IT systems and technologies, with hands-on experience in demonstrating technical solutions. <br>2. Demonstrate strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Technical departments. <br>3. Have excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. <br>4. Be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. <br>5. Hold relevant qualifications or certifications in IT or a related field, along with prior experience in a technical support role.</p>
