Position Title: IT Support Engineer (Showroom/ELV)
Job Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on customer requirements. 2. Prepare and conduct solution demonstrations tailored to meet the specific needs of customers, showcasing product capabilities effectively. 3. Work alongside the Technical Team to implement solutions that fulfill customer expectations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. 4. Take responsibility for proof-of-concept projects and demonstrations, ensuring they are executed accurately and align with customer specifications. 5. Maintain showroom equipment and ensure all systems are operational for smooth demonstrations and presentations.
Requirements: 1. Possess a solid understanding of IT systems and technologies, with hands-on experience in demonstrating technical solutions. 2. Demonstrate strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Technical departments. 3. Have excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. 4. Be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. 5. Hold relevant qualifications or certifications in IT or a related field, along with prior experience in a technical support role.
