A Hong Kong conglomerate group is seeking an experienced executive assistant for their C-level suites. The role offers attractive remuneration, career growth, and global exposure, with 30% travel time. Employees will have the flexibility to work from home for two days a week and receive double pay.
Key responsibilities include planningand organising the executive’s dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (flights, visas, hotels, and ground transportation).The assistant will demonstrate multi-tasking skills, handling finance and project handling for property-related matters such as budgeting, renovations, leasing, and planning.
Sensitive information will be handled with absolute discretion and professionalism, and confidential files, records, and reports will be organised and maintained. The assistant will act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, coordinating personal appointments, family schedules, and household-related matters as needed.
Additionally, the assistant will assist in planning and executing personal events, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly with minimal supervision. They will adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess aBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. They should have at least 5 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Secretary supporting C-level executives. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential, along with at least 5 years of experience in finance and operations.
Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, superb communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, discreetness, trustworthiness, and high ethical standards are also required. Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required is a plus.
