Job Description
- Responsible for providing technical support for Microsoft Excel, including installation, configuration, and daily use assistance.
- Install and configure Windows, Android and iOS systems on tablets to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Support POS (point of sale) system related equipment with hardware and software installation and maintenance.
- Handling common user technical issues and providing on-site or remote technical support services.
- Record technical support processes and problem-solving solutions for future tracking and knowledge accumulation.
- Have basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Excel functions, and familiar with Microsoft Word functions.
- Understand the installation and setup process of Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems.
- Have basic hardware installation experience, able to independently complete device setup and troubleshooting.
- Have good communication skills, be able to clearly understand user needs and provide effective support.
- Working attitude is serious and positive, with a team spirit and sense of responsibility.
