Duties:
1、Responsible for developing and implementing the company's international market category and marketing plans;
2、Responsible for collecting and analyzing international market information, including industry dynamics, competitor situations, etc.;
3、Responsible for integrating internal and external resources to enhance the brand power and market share of the company's operating products;
4、Provide brand and product support for the marketing team, including promotion schemes, product data, media advertising execution, etc.
5、Assist the international marketing team in achieving sales and profit targets;
6、Participate in internal projects and activities of the company based on business needs, providing professional insights into the international market.
Job Requirements:
1、Experience in an international brand marketing department, with priority given to experience in related industries or categories such as health products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc., with priority also given to experience in Hong Kong markets or other international markets, and even more so if there are successful cases of international market expansion;
2、Strong ability in market data analysis, consumer insight into overseas markets, brand promotion, media resource integration, and market planning capabilities;
3、Excellent English language skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit.
