We offer a clear "career fast-track" – your success here directly fuels your professional advancement.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>You will be instrumental in building and refining our core products, working across the entire development stack:<br><br>· Develop, launch, and maintain our mobile application using React Native, managing the full release cycle through TestFlight.<br>· Build responsive, pixel-perfect web interfaces using React.js and modern CSS.<br>· Collaborate directly with UI/UX designers in Figma to transform designs into high-quality, functional code.<br>· Optimise application performance to ensure a seamless and fast experience for users globally.<br>· Contribute to and support backend development (PHP/SQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS) as needed.<br><br>What We're Looking For<br><br>· 3+ years of professional software development experience.<br>· Strong proficiency in React Native and React.js for building production applications.<br>· Solid expertise in CSS and creating responsive layouts.<br>· Hands-on experience with TestFlight for iOS app distribution.<br>· Comfortable working closely with designers using Figma.<br>· A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.<br><br>Advantageous Skills (Good to Have)<br><br>· Familiarity with backend technologies such as PHP and SQL.<br>· Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.<br><br>Why Join Us?<br>We believe in rewarding ambition and creating an environment where you can do the best work of your career.<br><br>· Career Fast-Track: With our rapid growth, we create leaders.
