<p>Job Summary:</p><p>The Assistant Property Administration Officer will support the basic management of 4-5 small commercial properties in Jordon Kowloon. Responsibilities include tenant communication, lease administration, basic maintenance coordination, and financial record-keeping/simple book keeping. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, attention to details and able to handle multiple tasks independently.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p></p><p>1. Tenant & Lease Management:</p><p>Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.</p><p>Assist in preparing and renewing lease agreements, ensuring proper documentation.</p><p>Track rent payments, issue receipts, and follow up on late payments.</p><p>Coordinate with property agencies for various activities related to tenant or lease contract etc.</p><p></p><p>2. Property Maintenance & Inspections:</p><p>Coordinate and arrange repairs and maintenance with contractors (e.g., cleaners, handymen, technicians).</p><p></p><p>3. Financial & Administrative Tasks:</p><p>Maintain simple rent collection records and expense tracking (e.g., utility bills, repair costs).</p><p>Assist in basic bookkeeping (e.g., preparing monthly income/expense reports).</p><p>File and organize lease documents, receipts, and inspection reports.</p><p></p><p>4. General Support Duties:</p><p>Communicate with property owners on updates, issues, and recommendations.</p><p>Occasionally assist with property viewings for new tenants.</p><p>Run errands related to property management (e.g., delivering notices, meeting contractors).</p><p>Coordinate with Accounting Firms for various documents needed for maintaining the legal or operation requirement of the company</p><p></p><p>Qualifications & Requirements:</p><p>Education: Secondary school diploma or above (no strict degree requirement).</p><p>Experience: Prior experience in property management, real estate, or admin roles is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided.</p><p>Skills:</p><p>Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).</p><p>Good communication ability, Cantonese and English (basic)</p><p></p>
