*Experienced* Full-Time Florist/ Senior Florist

Award-winning boutique florist is seeking a full-time floral designer.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for producing various floral products, such as fresh flower bouquets, flower baskets, orchid potted plants, etc.

Handle daily operations of the flower shop, including receiving goods, flower care, changing water and cleaning, and store display,

Customer service, sales, and other daily store operations; participate in the development of new styles.

Entry Requirements:

Senior floral designer: those with at least 3 years of relevant experience working in a flower shop are given priority;

Florist: At least 1 year of flower shop work experience or those who have completed a floral design course are preferred;

Active and proactive work; friendly and punctual cooperation;

Provide excellent customer service, good communication skills and customer service attitude;

Good Cantonese, English, and Mandarin;

Have quick learning abilities, be able to master the work process in a short time, strictly follow the standards to independently complete order processing;

Familiarity and adaptation to store needs (such as changing water, clearing flowers, etc.), doing things solidly and meticulously.

Receiving shipments, processing and displaying our flowers.

Topping up watering solutions to enhance our flowers' life spans.

Advising clients on possible flower combinations.

Providing occasion-specific flower suggestions.

Carefully arranging palatable bouquets for purchase.

Packaging clients' flowers to prevent breakages.

Instructing clients on suitable transporting and feeding processes.

Also assist customers with other products that the boutique offers

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience for Senior Florist, at least 1 year experience for Florist.

Excellent verbal communication skills: (At least) conversational English & Mandarin/Cantonese.

Demonstrable experience as a florist. Please include a portfolio of your work when applying. Any certification of Botany-related training is highly advantageous. Candidates with more experience will be considered as 'Senior Florists'.

Familiar with plants' nutritional needs and life spans. Knowledgeable about flower handling techniques. Ability to nourish, combine, and affix flowers and pertinent accessories.
