Job Duties:
• Perform full spectrum of reception duties and office administration functions mainly in greeting guests, telephone calls, courier services, procurement & maintenance of office supplies and stationeries, repairing and maintenance, etc.
• Support in organizing company functions and staff activities
• Provide day-to-day support to the team;
• Provide support and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Mature, responsible, diligent, detail-minded and well-organized
• High sense of responsibility, integrity and confidentiality
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure and fast-paced working environment • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in MS Office software skills e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
