Job Description
- Introduce student dormitory facilities to customers and explain in detail the rental contract terms and related rights.
- Actively communicate with potential customers and promote dormitory services to enhance brand awareness and occupancy rate.
- Collect market information and customer feedback, and assist in optimizing market promotion strategies and service content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute phased promotion plans to achieve sales targets.
- Regularly visit customers, maintain good relationships, and improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
