Fund Operations Officer

<p>Job duties:</p><p>• Daily cash position operations; manage short-term investments, including Time Deposit Placement, ensuring timely compliance with guidelines.<br>• Assist with product updates/projects, collaborate with the Manager to update product information and manage various projects within the department.<br>• Responsible for opening accounts and following up on regular/ad hoc KYC requests with banks and other financial institutions.<br>• Liaise with Portfolio Managers to determine cashflow needs, ensuring sufficient funding for redemption purposes and addressing other operational issues.<br>• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the department's goals and objectives.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>• Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting, taxation, economics, finance, or related.<br>• 1-3 years of FI or bank operations experience, ideally with investment operations experience.<br>• Attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.<br>• Team player, hunger to learn, energetic to take challenges, and can work under pressure.<br>• Experience in SFC-authorized funds is an advantage.<br>• Fluent in Putonghua and English.</p>
