Position purpose
Main responsibilities
Clean and disinfect kitchen equipment, utensils, cookware, and work area
Maintain the storage room, garbage disposal area and logistics facilities
Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment according to safety procedures
Assist in waste management and regular deep cleaning work
Comply with food safety, occupational safety and airport security related regulations
Position requirements
Applicants with cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, restaurant or kitchen support-related work experience will be given priority
Pay attention to details and have good hygiene awareness
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
Good physical condition, able to withstand physical labor. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
