Duties:
1. Responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, and completing various business and management indicators;
2. According to the financial budget and management objectives, do a good job in cost control;
3. Improve customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction in the restaurant;
4. Ensure food safety in the restaurant;
5. Responsible for managing, maintaining and expanding the restaurant's employer brand and external relationships;
6. Responsible for the recruitment, training and cultivation of restaurant staff;
7. Execute the company's rules and regulations and implement them into work;
8. Complete other work tasks assigned by senior leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Secondary five or above
2. More than 5 years of large-scale chain Chinese restaurant management experience, those with less experience will be considered as interns/assistant managers;
3. Have strong service awareness and familiar customer management and execution ability;
4. Have a more sensitive market sense and sensitivity;
6. Proficient in personnel management and team building, optimizing work processes, improving team efficiency and cohesion;
7. Proficient in data analysis, cost control, and financial management;
8. Able to use office software fluently;
9. Love serving others, work solidly and seriously, with strong sense of career and responsibility.
