Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, a keen interest in emerging technologies, and experience leveraging AI tools to enhance development processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable software applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Java, Python, or C++.

• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Design, implement, and manage database systems using technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and debug complex issues across the application stack.

• Actively utilize AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and problem-solving.

• Research and implement innovative technologies, particularly in AI and automation, to enhance product capabilities.

• Stay current with industry trends and contribute ideas for improving our technology stack and processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, IT Developer, or Software Engineer.

• Proficiency in one or more core programming languages: Java, Python, or C++.

• Hands-on experience with modern web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)

• Solid knowledge of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)

• Proven experience using AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate and enhance the development lifecycle.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with creative thinking to overcome technical challenges.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with implementing the latest AI/ML technologies to automate processes or simulate real-world functions.

• Exposure to or professional background in the Web3 (blockchain, DeFi, smart contracts) or AI industries.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
