Responsible for answering customer calls, providing professional solutions to various inquiries, and providing quality customer service
Handle daily administrative work, including data input, file organization, email reception and conference support
Assist the sales department in its operations, coordinate internal communication, and ensure smooth and efficient business processes
Manage basic customer information and sales records, maintain information accuracy and confidentiality
Support retail stores and administrative related temporary tasks, with flexible cooperation to meet team needs
Work requirements
Second 3 or above, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities; slightly familiar with English reading and writing, able to cope with daily workplace communication
Fluent Cantonese, able to have simple conversations in Mandarin and basic English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Chinese typing speed reaches 20 characters per minute or above
Have good communication skills, be polite and proactive, strong sense of responsibility, pay attention to details and service quality
Applicants with customer service or administrative assistant experience are preferred; those with no experience will be provided with on-the-job training by the company
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, immediate employment will be given priority
Benefits
Monthly salary $15,000 – $18,000 (depending on experience and performance)
