Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced senior sales director, focused on the Hong Kong real estate market, responsible for leading and managing our real estate sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve our business objectives and drive team performance growth.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales plans for the Hong Kong real estate market to ensure sales targets and performance indicators are met.
Lead and motivate sales teams, provide guidance and support to enhance their overall performance.
Conduct market analysis, identify potential opportunities in Hong Kong real estate, and develop corresponding action plans.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Regularly evaluate sales data and adjust sales strategies based on changes in the Hong Kong market.
Coordinate with marketing and product development departments to ensure smooth sales activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, business, marketing or related fields are preferred.
At least 5 years of Hong Kong real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years of team management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with customers and team members at all levels.
Have good market insight and analysis ability, and be able to formulate effective sales strategies.
Strong business orientation and result orientation, able to withstand pressure and achieve goals.
