<p>1. Support the preparation of trade-related documents, such as invoices, contracts, and customs paperwork. </p><p>2. Facilitate seamless communication between our Hong Kong office and partners in Mainland China and Peru via email, phone, and meetings. </p><p>3. Manage daily administrative tasks, including document organization, filing, translation, and report preparation. </p><p>4.Handle errands such as document delivery, banking, and external coordination as needed</p><p>5. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. </p><p>6. Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance. </p><p>7. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth team operations.</p><p>Requirements: </p><p>1. Form 6 or above, preferably in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.</p><p>2. Strong communication skills, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.</p><p>3. Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel), detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of multitasking.</p><p>4. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.</p><p>5. Proactive, adaptable to a startup environment, and able to work independently.</p><p></p><p>1. Support the preparation of trade-related documents such as invoices, contracts and customs documents.</p><p>2. Responsible for communication and coordination between Hong Kong companies and Chinese mainland and Peruvian business partners, including email, phone and meeting arrangements, to ensure information flow. </p><p>3. Process daily administrative work, including file sorting, archiving and report preparation.</p><p>4. Assist with out-of-office business affairs, such as document delivery, bank transactions, and external liaison.</p><p>5. Assist in arranging meeting schedules, prepare meeting agendas and record meeting content.</p><p>6. Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers on procurement and maintenance matters.</p><p>7. Provide general administrative support to ensure the team runs smoothly.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Secondary six or above, administration, secretarial or related professional preferred;</p><p>2. Have good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin</p><p></p><p>4. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.</p><p>5. Be proactive, adapt to the environment of a start-up company, and be able to work independently.</p><p></p>
