Job Responsibilities
Participate in regional publicity affairs, write press releases, social media posts and promotional copy, and co-ordinate the promotion of councillors' political views and community service information.
Coordinate and implement various regional activities, including seminars, street stations, festival carnivals, elderly health lectures and youth activities, etc., responsible for venue arrangement, logistics preparation, volunteer coordination and on-site support.
Assist in collecting and sorting out the opinions of residents in the electoral district, understand the people's livelihood demands through door-to-door visits, questionnaires and community consultation channels, and summarize and submit them to the legislators for reference.
Work requirements
Have a college degree or above, political science, social science, communication, public administration or related fields are preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, those with internship experience will be considered.
Familiar with Hong Kong's political system and regional governance structure, concerned about community affairs, and with basic policy analysis skills and public service enthusiasm.
Have good Chinese writing skills, be able to independently write clear and decent official documents and promotional copy; those who understand basic English reading and writing are especially good.
Preference will be given to those with experience in event planning and execution, who can handle multiple tasks independently, and who possess time management skills, adaptability, and team spirit.
