Assist the Hong Kong branch manager in handling daily administrative affairs, including file sorting, visitor reception, mail delivery and internal coordination, etc., to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Support market business expansion work, participate in the preparation and execution of market promotion plans, such as data collection, preparation of promotional materials, activity data integration and presentation preparation.
Responsible for basic financial and procurement co-ordination work, including initial review of expenses, supplier liaison, office supplies management and simple budget tracking.
Work requirements
Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity; or a person who meets the high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other legal qualifications for working in Hong Kong.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic data processing, document formatting, and presentation creation abilities.
Have good service awareness and proactive collaboration spirit, be able to use Cantonese as the main communication language, and at the same time have basic English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, and be able to cope with a diverse language work environment.
Have clear expression and listening skills, be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external personnel; sense of responsibility, attention to details, and able to reasonably plan priority sequences in parallel tasks.
