Responsibility
- Extensive daily communication with staff in offshore offices/sites for maintaining IT system
- Perform troubleshooting to resolve problems that offshore co-workers encounter via Microsoft teams, email, etc.
- On-job training is provided
Requirements
- Proficient English and Cantonese is highly preferred
- Preferably with IT related educational background
- Knowledge of IT and System
- Being passionate in learning
- Fresh grad are welcome
- Familiar with Microsoft office
- Candidate with no experiences will be considered as Trainee
