Marketing Executive (Online marketing)

Responsibilities:

- Manage and implement online sales strategy, promotion and marketing programs

- Monitor and handling day-to-day management for live sales and orders

- Arrange for order dispatch with the logistic team and inventory management

- Facilitate and drive eCommerce system integration

- Overview and manage the customer inquiries/complaints/returns

- Budget Plan and manage social media campaigns on daily basis (Facebook, WeChat, Instagram etc.)

- Establish and implement sales and marketing activities

Requirements:

- University graduate in e-Commerce, Marketing, or other business-related disciplines.

- Minimum 2 years of solid experiences with a proven record in e-Commerce and/or digital marketing

-Strong knowledge in digital marketing platforms, Facebook, Instagram, and Google tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc.

- Experience in the FMCG, Food industry will be an advantage

- Highly motivated, aggressive and sales driven

- Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
