According to the company's service standard SOP, complete customer accompaniment, processing matters, etc., such as round-trip accompaniment and delivery to the Hong Kong office and Immigration Bureau for certificate processing, Immigration Bureau certificate processing accompaniment, education accompaniment, Hong Kong baby accompaniment, business handling, driver's license handling, individual household handling, etc.;</p><p>2. Provide immediate response, reply and handle customer problems, understand customer needs in real time and provide quality customer service, and maintain good customer relationships;</p><p>3. Support and assist the company's various reception, outdoor display, and promotional activities, and promote the establishment of the Galaxy brand image on a wider scale, igniting users' enthusiasm for the Galaxy brand, philosophy and product services;</p><p>4. Complete other customer accompaniment and administrative tasks assigned by the company.</p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>1. Good service awareness, rich customer service skills, familiar with customer relationship maintenance, and able to deeply mine customer needs and promote customer signing or referral;</p><p>2. Recognize startup company culture, have the psychological and physical qualities that startups need;</p><p>3.
