Job Responsibilities:
To provide all-round administrative support, including reports, documents preparation, filing and record update;
To handle and analyze customers' data;
Assist to monitor the day-to-day property management functions;
Develop back of house system;
Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by the company;
Attend regular meetings with Incorporated Owners of buildings.
Job Requirements:
Degree or above, Preferably in Property Management or related
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Property/Facility management
Proficient in Chinese and English word processing and PC knowledge in MS applications
Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
Self-motivated, initiative, enthusiastic and able to work independently & under pressure
