Work requirements
Year of birth: 18 years old, with good Chinese reading and writing abilities, able to communicate fluently in Cantonese; those who understand Mandarin or English are given priority.
Have basic computer skills, and be able to quickly master internal sales tools and platforms.
Outgoing and proactive personality, with a service awareness and empathy, able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and handle customer concerns and complaints independently.
No specific academic qualifications or industry experience are required, but those who have worked in retail, telecommunications, education or consumer goods sales will be given priority.
Punctuality and honesty, valuing team work, willing to accept continuous training and performance evaluation, and to cooperate with shift work, holidays and sudden work arrangements.
