Job Description

Duties:

Event planning and execution:

According to the brand's annual marketing strategy, responsible for formulating, planning and implementing various online and offline activities to ensure their effectiveness and influence.

Plan and organize holiday promotions, new product launches, member days, etc. to enhance user engagement and sales conversion rates.

User experience optimization:

Analyze user behavior data, optimize activity flow, improve user experience, and increase user stickiness.

Collect user feedback, continuously improve activity content and service quality.

Partner Management:

Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as product, design, customer service, etc.) and external partners to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Search and evaluate potential partners, establish long-term stable cooperative relationships, and expand activity resources.

Data analysis and reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators of activities, measure their effectiveness through data analysis, and adjust activity strategies accordingly.

Regularly submit activity summary reports to provide management with decision support.

Budget control:

Develop an activity budget plan, strictly control costs, and ensure that the activity operates efficiently within the budget.

Requirements:

Education background:

Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business management or related fields are preferred.

Work experience:

At least 5 years of retail industry event operation experience, those with successful cases are preferred.

Skills and abilities:

Have excellent project management and coordination skills, able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL or other BI tools, able to make judgments based on data.

Having excellent communication skills and team spirit, I can effectively work in cross-functional teams.

Sensitivity to market trends, with innovative thinking and rapid learning abilities.

Others:

Good English reading and writing skills.

Adapt to high-intensity work rhythms, willing to accept challenges and constantly pursue excellence.
