Human Resources Manager

<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Organize and implement company human resources management related rules and regulations, complete the company's business talent discovery and reserve work;</p><p>2. Have in-depth understanding of human resources management practices and be able to apply and optimize them flexibly based on the actual situation of the enterprise;</p><p></p><p>4. Implement and organize employee attendance, promotion, transfer, punishment, and optimization through a comprehensive management system.</p><p>5. Responsible for company cost management, budget formulation, and cost execution audit;</p><p>6. Responsible for monthly salary, MPF contribution calculation and annual personal income tax declaration;</p><p>7. Assist the board of directors and management team in managing office human resources and administrative daily work;</p><p>8. Assist in completing organizational and team atmosphere construction, promote company culture building and rapid business development. </p><p>9. Complete other work tasks assigned by your supervisor</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 to 5 years of administrative and human resources management work experience, with the ability and experience of employee training, human resources related professional;</p><p>2. Have strong self-motivation, rapid adaptation and learning ability, and stress resistance;</p><p>3. Familiar with Hong Kong labor law and employment regulations;</p><p>4. Familiar with the laws and policies of both places (such as Hong Kong work visa, employment permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents in the mainland);</p><p>5. Have strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and adaptability;</p><p>6. Priority will be given to those with securities, finance and other related industry talent resources.</p>
