Job Responsibilities:
1. According to customer project requirements, complete single-body, module or system condition simulation such as static analysis, vibration analysis, nonlinear analysis, etc., output simulation results according to nodes, and participate in optimization design and process;
2. For simulation/test failure projects such as torque decay, welding failure, and adhesive failure, propose a solution from the perspective of structural simulation and implement it;
3. Responsible for providing explanations and guarantees for the accuracy and reliability of the simulation results
4. Responsible for experimental testing, progress tracking, collection and feedback of result data; write related technical documents and provide deliverables according to project milestones
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in mechanics, materials, mechanical design, vehicle engineering, etc., are preferred.
2. Familiar with the structure of lithium-ion batteries, understand domestic and international related standards and regulations;
3. Master the finite element theory, basic mechanics theory, and be familiar with mainstream CAE software such as Abaqus, Hyperworks, LS-DYNA, etc.
4. More than 1 year of experience in simulation or design skills is preferred.
