Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities
Manage the store floor and daily restaurant operations according to company standards
Supervise food safety and in-store hygiene, guide food preparation to ensure food quality, and meet the highest quality and service standards; manage assigned tasks by management
General restaurant operations required administrative work Execute company policies and marketing plans to boost sales Requirements
Have good knowledge of dining 5 years or above in the food and beverage industry and management experience, those with less experience will be considered as trainee manager/assistant manager/assistant manager Preference will be given to those with Chinese cuisine, hotel or club restaurant work experience Experience in handling and planning with food industry suppliers Preference will be given to those with a certificate as a health supervisor and/or a certificate as a health manager Ability to independently solve problems Punctuality, politeness, good communication skills, and positive thinking Active and responsible, with a team spirit
