Customer Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently responsible for the whole process of business orders, ensuring the timely delivery and completion of company business.

2. Independently responsible for customer relationship business maintenance and tracking, in-depth maintenance of corporate customers, establish long-term trust relationships, regular visits to customers, understanding of business needs, pain points and potential opportunities, formulation of personalized service solutions, and improvement of customer satisfaction and renewal rates.

3. Receive and answer customer inquiries.

4. Provide pre-sales and post-sales customer support and problem resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Complete related business documents on time according to the company and the leader's requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, those with sales experience are preferred, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and English can be used as a working language.

2. Outgoing personality, flexible in dealing with things, strong communication and expression skills, team collaboration ability, and a certain amount of stress resistance.

3. Proficient in Word, Excel, Ppt, etc. office software.

4. Acceptable for field work

Job Requirements

1、EDUCATION & LANGUAGES

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Language Musts: Native fluency in Mandarin & Cantonese ; Professional English

• Plus: Sales experience (prioritized)

• Outgoing, agile thinker with persuasive communication

• Collaborative mindset + resilience in fast-paced environments

3、TECHNICAL ABILITY

• MS Office mastery (Word, Excel, PPT)

4、CRITICAL REQUIREMENT

• Willingness for extensive field work (client visits across Hong Kong)
