Customer-centric, respond promptly to customer needs and provide operational solutions to ensure the improvement of end-to-end service quality and continuously enhance user perception.</p><p>3. Coordinate and mobilize resources, monitor operating indicators, promptly identify abnormalities, and respond and solve them;</p><p></p><p>5. According to the company's sales task goals, decompose the goals, allocate them to the team, set weekly and monthly goals;</p><p>6. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for your department, and track progress. Conduct regular process reviews and audits;</p><p>7. Continuously improve team sales and operational skills, and build a solid talent pipeline;</p><p>Qualifications for employment</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, local work experience in Hong Kong;</p><p>2. Have strong data analysis and prediction ability, and be sensitive to the evaluation data of the region under your jurisdiction;</p><p>3. Have at least 3 years of sales team and operations team management experience;</p><p>4. Have logistics industry, Internet, new retail, community e-commerce industry company project promotion experience;</p><p>5. At least lead a sales team of 50 people or more, and a functional team of 10 people or more</p>
