<p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>Human Resources</p><p>- Support in the Human Resources functions, including but not limited to on/off-boarding arrangement, recruitment and selection, C&B , performance management, policy review and etc;</p><p>- Assist in daily HR administrative duties such as maintain and update HRIS, attendance records, leaves management, filing and etc.</p><p>- Manage the onboarding process (including visa application, etc.) for new employees and ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including adherence to the Employment Ordinance, company policies;</p><p>- Facilitate and support staff benefits administration;</p><p>- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.</p><p></p><p>Office Administration</p><p>- Perform full spectrum of office administration duties such as daily operation of office housekeeping, greeting guests, procurement of office supplies, renovation, maintenance of office equipment, vendor management and etc.</p><p>- Provide administrative support to Director.</p><p>- Organize and coordinate conference, company activities and events.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><p>- Higher Diploma / Bachelor degree in HR Management or related disciplines.</p><p>- Minimum 3 years of all-round HR generalist experience.</p><p>- Solid experience in payroll and C&B administration.</p><p>- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations.</p><p>- Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.</p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility.</p><p>- Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel (formula: vlookup, pivot table, etc.), PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.</p><p>- Excellent command of both verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.</p><p>- Immediately available will be an advantage.</p><p></p><p></p>
