<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Assist in handling daily business-related affairs</p></li><li><p>Assist in promoting project business planning, price bargaining and contract negotiation</p></li><li><p>Responsible for drafting and sending business-related letters, applications, contracts, etc.</p></li><li><p>Assist in applying for regional payments, invoice receipts, data maintenance and other related matters</p></li></ol><p><strong>Job requirements:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor degree or above, majoring in business or related discipline</p></li><li><p>1-3 years of business/finance related work experiences</p></li><li><p>Proficient in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English</p></li><li><p>Have strong organizational coordination, planning management skills</p></li><li><p>Have good judgment and decision-making ability, and be able to handle and respond to emergencies under pressure</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, able to handle external liaison reception work</p></li><li><p>Familiar with using MS Office Tools</p></li><li><p>Experience in the IT related firms sector would be an advantage</p></li></ol><p></p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Assist in handling daily business affairs</p></li><li><p>Co-ordinate and push forward project business planning, contract negotiation and negotiation to reach an agreement</p></li><li><p>Responsible for drafting and sending/receiving business-related letters, applications, contracts, etc.</p></li><li><p>Assist in applying for regional payments, invoice receipts, system input, etc. related matters</p></li></ol><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business</p></li><li><p>1-3 years of business/finance-related work experience</p></li><li><p>Have fluent Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), English listening, reading and writing abilities</p></li><li><p>Have strong organizational and coordination, planning and management skills and high professional ethics</p></li><li><p>Have good judgment and decision-making skills, and be able to handle and respond to sudden events under pressure</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, able to handle external liaison and reception work</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with the use of MS Office tools</p></li><li><p>Applicants with IT-related company field work experience are preferred</p></li></ol>
