Job responsibilities

Responsible for procurement and supplier management of excipients (garment trims), ensuring that materials are timely and of high quality.

Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to accurately understand product requirements and provide appropriate accessory recommendations.

Follow up on auxiliary material sample preparation, confirm samples, and assist in completing related testing and certification processes.

Monitor market dynamics, understand the latest accessory trends, and continuously optimize supply chain resources.

Control accessory costs, enhance procurement efficiency, and ensure the achievement of project profit targets

Job Requirements

F.5 or above, with preference for majors in gatment accessories or a related field.

With over 3 year of experience in purchasing accessories or following orders in the clothing industry, familiar with common accessory types and production processes.

Possessing strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively connecting with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Possessing strong cost awareness and negotiation skills, capable of conducting price negotiations and contract management.

Proficient in office software, with preference given to those with experience operating ERP systems.
