Job Responsibilities:
1. Legal compliance and regulatory affairs: Responsible for the compliance review of the company's business in Hong Kong, ensuring that it meets the legal and regulatory requirements of Hong Kong.
3. Legal consultation and support: Provide timely and accurate legal advice to business departments, assist in solving legal issues in operations, including transaction structures and cross-border business compliance.
4. Dispute resolution and litigation management: Represent the company in handling litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution procedures in the Hong Kong region, and coordinate and communicate with external lawyers and cooperate.
5. Internal training and risk control: Regularly provide legal training to internal employees, enhance team legal awareness, and improve the company's risk control system.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from a well-known law school (such as the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, or an international equivalent), holding a law degree and completing the PCLL (Postgraduate Certificate in Laws), or passing the OLQE (Overseas Lawyers Qualifying Examination).
2.3 years of experience in Hong Kong law firms or large-scale corporate legal affairs, familiar with Hong Kong's judicial procedures and financial supervision framework. Those with financial sector experience are preferred, including MSO, MLO, Class 1/4/9 license, bank or factoring, etc.
3. Proficient in Chinese and English, able to independently draft high-level legal documents and communicate orally.
4. Hold a Hong Kong lawyer's license.
5. Have excellent logical thinking, communication and coordination skills and team spirit.
