Tsim Sha Tsui Event Assistant - Event Assistant (long-term part-time)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining order and safety at the Tsim Sha Tsui exhibition site, ensuring that the event runs smoothly

• According to the activity requirements, coordinate and move tables and chairs and other basic equipment in the venue, and do a small amount of physical labor

• Assist on-site staff in carrying out daily operations, including guiding participants and providing simple instructions

• Keep the site clean and orderly, and do basic cleaning and preparation work before and after the event

• Follow the supervisor's instructions, be flexible in responding to sudden situations and immediately make appropriate reactions

Work requirements

• Positive and proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, able to report on time and complete assigned tasks

• Need basic English and Mandarin communication skills, able to exchange simple messages with people of different backgrounds

• No relevant experience is required, but those with service or event support experience may be given priority

• Able to adapt to indoor working environment and stable part-time employment within the designated time period
