Handle daily department administrative work.

According to housekeeping needs, arrange housekeepers’ work tasks and shift schedule.
Regularly check and control the stock levels of guest room and public area supplies, and monitor the flow of items being used.
Inspect the rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
Assist guests in solving various problems encountered during their stay, and provide polite and efficient service support.

Work requirements

Secondary school graduation or above, with basic computer operating skills.
Applicants with relevant hotel or service industry work experience are preferred.
Excellent communication skills and team collaboration ability.
Every 9 hours work schedule.
