Maintain good communication with your employer to understand their specific needs and expectations.
Establish and maintain a worker resource pool, improve matching accuracy and success rate.
Handle the relevant affairs in the matching process, including liaison, coordination and follow-up.
Regularly summarize the pairing success rate, and continuously optimize the matching process and service quality.

Requirements:

Have good communication skills and interpersonal interaction techniques.
Familiar with the local labor market, those with relevant recruitment or intermediary experience are preferred.
Have basic computer operations skills, be able to use office software and database systems fluently.
Able to withstand pressure, have good time management and multi-task handling skills.
