Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Coding (50%):

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and perform error fixes in the application.

• Operational Collaboration (50%):

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.

• Dashboard Design:

• Create and implement dashboards for monitoring real-time alerts, managing over 100 alerts per week.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, specifically:

• Front-end: Node.js, React, or Vue.js

• Back-end: REST APIs, Spring Boot

• Database Management: PostgreSQL and MongoDB

• Experience with Cloud/DevOps tools:

• OpenShift for log extraction

• Jenkins for automation and CI/CD

• CyberArk for security management

• Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud-native environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role or software development.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
