They are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Officer to join our P&C claims team. </p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the claims process from initial report to resolution, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Review and assess incoming claims to determine coverage and eligibility.</li><li>Investigate and analyze claims to gather relevant information and evidence.</li><li>Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to gather additional information and provide updates on claim status.</li><li>Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for each claim.</li><li>Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AIC, CPCU) are a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims handling, preferably in property and casualty insurance.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><p>If you are interested, please apply now!</p>
