Dongguan District Elderly Care Specialist

Understand the elderly care policies, senior care resources and community care development in the Greater Bay Area (especially Guangzhou and Shenzhen), and regularly update regional elderly care dynamic information. Provide professional and objective elderly care planning advice to middle-aged and older customers and families, and assist in evaluating long-term care needs and retirement life arrangements.

According to the customer's health status, financial ability and pension expectations, tailor-made recommendations for suitable commercial pension insurance products and comprehensive protection plans, including annuity insurance, etc.

Execute field services, mainly in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, to conduct on-the-ground visits, lectures and seminars, community partnerships, and institutional visits to establish and maintain a localized aging care service network.

Collaborate with insurance consultants, medical cooperation units and social welfare institutions to promote the popularization of pension knowledge and cross-professional referral, and enhance customers’ awareness and confidence in pension options in the Greater Bay Area.

Working requires Hong Kong insurance product sales, with a Hong Kong insurance sales qualification license, priority will be given.

Have empathy and service enthusiasm for the elderly, and be willing to make long-term investments in the field of elderly care. I aspire to become a professional partner in elderly care planning in the Greater Bay Area.

Have basic communication and expression skills, be able to clearly explain complex insurance terms and pension policies, and those with simple Cantonese and Mandarin bilingual communication skills are preferred.

Have basic computer operating skills, be able to use office software and internal business systems fluently; accept outdoor work arrangements, and be able to adapt to frequent back and forth between Guangzhou and Shenzhen and flexible scheduling.
