Job Responsibilities

  • Support sales and operations teams in handling daily administrative tasks, including file organization, system data updates, appointment coordination, etc. Collaborative work.
  • Actively participate in the on-the-job training arranged by the company, continuously learn product knowledge, service processes and internal system operations, and improve business understanding and service quality.

Work requirements

  • Second 5 or above; fresh graduates and those with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
  • Have good Chinese reading and writing skills, be able to clearly express opinions, accurately understand customer needs, and patiently listen and respond.
  • Proficient in using smartphones, especially in operating WhatsApp for text communication and file transfer.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, sincere and polite, with basic sense of responsibility, service awareness, and team spirit.
  • Willing to undergo systematic training and cooperate with the company to arrange for application and obtain the professional license required by the relevant industry.
