Job Description
Engineer / Assistant Engineer (Air Conditioning Engineering)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the construction and management of air conditioning engineering projects, including progress control, quality supervision and safety measures.
- Process and compile engineering-related documents and reports, and organize construction drawings and progress schedules.
- Assist in engineering bidding and cost estimation, follow up subcontractor construction progress and quality.
- Use AutoCAD to draw preliminary floor plans and construction drawings, and perform basic computer operations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the project is completed on time and meets relevant standards.
Requirements:
- Applicants with three or more years of air conditioning engineering experience and a background in wind, fire, water and electricity are given priority.
- Familiar with AutoCAD operations, able to complete drawing independently.
- Have good communication skills, be able to coordinate and cooperate with subcontractors and related departments.
- Able to handle work independently, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
