Position highlights

Main responsibilities

1. New media marketing and content creation:

· Use platforms such as Xiaohongshu and Douyin to create short videos and vlogs with strong appeal for the project, expanding the customer base through technological means.

2. Professional customer service and consultation:

· Process customer inquiries and provide professional property advice. Accompany customers to inspect units and clearly introduce property advantages.

3. Technological execution of transactions:

· Use the company's digital tools to assist in handling buying and leasing processes, ensuring smooth transactions.

4. Build trust relationships:

· Keep your promises, always have a follow-up, be honest with your customers, and do your best to fulfill your promises to them, building long-term trust.

Job Requirements

We welcome you like this:

· No experience required: As long as you are passionate about the real estate industry and willing to develop long-term, we are happy to invest time in training you.

· Technology and creative touch: Those who are good at or have strong interest in film creation, Xiaohongshu/TikTok operation, etc. have great advantages.

· Language ability: Must speak fluent Mandarin; those who can speak Cantonese will be given priority.

· Personal traits: Have good communication skills, and identify with team collaboration and the "keep your promise" value.

· Qualifications: Licensed agents are preferred; unlicensed agents, we will guide you to obtain a real estate license.

Generous compensation:

1. Monthly base salary can reach $20,000

2. Another 50% commission, with no income limit
