Market Planning Position

Responsible for daily content planning, copywriting, visual coordination and publication scheduling of social media accounts (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu and WeChat public accounts)

Plan and execute interactive fan operations activities such as giveaways, live broadcasts, quizzes, UGC collection, etc., to enhance user stickiness and social group activity

Instantly track key performance indicators (such as reach, engagement, conversion rate, and fan growth) for various promotional activities, and propose optimization suggestions through data analysis and implement iterative improvements

Collaborate with design, public relations, sales, etc. internal teams to ensure consistent communication messages, and support large-scale brand activities or new product launches with integrated communication solutions

Have a higher diploma or associate degree, majoring in marketing, communication, advertising, digital media or related fields

Familiar with the local Hong Kong social media ecosystem and young people's communication context, able to flexibly use Cantonese, Mandarin and English for copywriting and cross-platform communication

Have basic graphic editing skills (such as Canva, Photoshop or CapCut basic operations), be able to independently complete lightweight visual content creation or effectively coordinate design resources

Have logical thinking and data sensitivity, and be able to use Facebook Insights, Xiaohongshu data back-end, Google Analytics, etc. tools for performance evaluation

Flexible work schedule, daily working hours from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with specific working days that can be flexibly adjusted according to both parties' negotiations

Hourly wage of HKD 60 to 90, actual salary will be negotiated based on the applicant's experience and ability, and will be flexible with performance-based bonuses
