Responsibilities: Under the supervision and support of Manager – Estate to
provide professional and high-quality estate management service
keep good relations and communications with residents, handle residents’ enquiries and complaints
assist to monitor the performance of service contractors Requirements:
Preferably tertiary education or university graduate majoring in Property / Facility Management but not a must
1-2 years relevant working or customer service experiences
Preferably possess or qualified to possess Property Management Practitioner Licence (T2) but not a must
Customer-oriented and a good team player
Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Associate Officer – Estate
Fresh Graduates / candidates without relevant experience are also welcome
Work Location: Discovery Bay
