<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>1. Resource exploration and management: Regularly visit target countries, conduct on-the-ground exploration, evaluation, introduction and management of overseas warehouse service providers and local last-mile delivery resources;</strong></p><p><strong>2. Business negotiation and integration: Responsible for business negotiations with suppliers, including price, service terms, SLA, etc., and completing system and operational level integration;</strong></p><p><strong>3. Overseas warehouse construction: Participate in the selection, planning and construction of new overseas warehouses, and assist in completing the transition from 0 to 1 in terms of landing and operation;</strong></p><p><strong>4. Market insight and review: In-depth local logistics market research, collection of competitive intelligence and industry dynamics, providing first-line support for the company's global logistics strategy decision;</strong></p><p><strong>5. Operations and optimization: Coordinate and resolve abnormal problems in daily operations, monitor logistics KPIs, conduct regular data replays and cost analysis, generate evaluation reports, and drive continuous improvement.</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>1. Educational requirements: Associate degree or above; 2. Professional requirements: Business, logistics, supply chain management, English or related professional is preferred; 3. Work experience: Those with cross-border logistics, overseas warehouse operations or international supply chain management related experience are given priority. </strong></p><p><strong>Language skills</strong></p>
