AI Product Management

<p>Job Responsibilities:<br>Conduct market research and analysis for AI projects, plan and oversee the iteration of products from 0-1 and 1-N. Collaborate closely with designers and development teams to ensure the product meets customer needs and achieves business goals.<br>Research AIGC market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer demands, perform feasibility analysis, and propose products aligned with the company’s strategic development goals. Drive the successful implementation of innovative AI products.</p> <p></p> <p>Job Requirements:<br>Strong understanding of the AI field and hands-on experience with AIGC tools.<br>At least 5 years of experience in product development from 0-N, with in-depth knowledge of AIGC. Candidates with successful case studies are preferred.<br>Excellent logical thinking skills, deep understanding of user behavior and product core needs, and the ability to deliver corresponding solutions.<br>Familiarity with the basic principles and application scenarios of machine learning, natural language understanding, GPT, Stable Diffusion, and other AI technologies. Knowledge of large language models and their applications is a plus.<br>Proficiency in prototyping tools, office software, and video editing software, with the ability to produce high-quality product prototypes, requirement specifications, competitor analysis reports, customer research reports, and product configuration documents.<br>Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of leading product development processes as a project leader, including requirement gathering, prioritization, project planning, and progress tracking.<br>Strong sense of ownership, goal orientation, and execution ability. Excellent learning capability, problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset.<br>Experience in team management and understanding of commercial monetization logic is preferred.</p>
