Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving visitors, tenants and guests in a shopping mall, providing professional and friendly reception services
Assist with handling front desk daily affairs, including registering visitor information, delivering messages and making phone inquiries
Handling various inquiries and sudden situations, properly handling general complaints and reporting to higher-ups
Support various activities in the shopping mall, including VIP reception, holiday decorations, and promotional publicity
Requirements:
One or more years of customer service or concierge-related work experience, those with office building property management experience are preferred
Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English
Six-day work schedule, working 9 hours a day (09:00-18:00), shift arrangements depending on operational needs
Second 5 or above (with valid security personnel license and QAS basic security services certificate preferred)
